Tai Chi Chuan – Level 1
In the Level 1 class, students will practice the basic exercises of traditional Yang style Tai Chi, which studies have shown can help lower blood pressure, improve balance, build up strength, increase flexibility, and more. Traditional Yang style Tai Chi also covers the applications of each move, which are not only practical, but also help to remember the movements more easily.
